The Bionorica SE whistleblower reporting office is generally available to anyone who wishes to provide information. In particular, the following can contact the whistleblower reporting office:

  • employees of Bionorica SE and all its subsidiaries worldwide, such as Lomapharm GmbH, including former employees
  • customers, business partners and suppliers of Bionorica SE and its subsidiaries
  • members of the professional community
  • authorities and their employees
  • private individuals

By participating in the Bionorica SE whistleblower reporting office, Lomapharm GmbH fulfils its legal obligation under Section 12 HinSchG. Despite participating in the Bionorica SE whistleblower system, Lomapharm GmbH remains responsible under Section 14 (2) p. 2 HinSchG for taking measures to remedy identified violations and to provide feedback to the person providing the information.

Oral information can be provided in German or English, written information in all languages. You are free to submit a report anonymously. However, to enable us to ask follow-up questions, we prefer personal communication.

Additional measures to ensure confidentiality have been established for these reporting channels. Therefore, please use only the above-mentioned reporting channels to submit reports and no other means of communication with any employees of the whistleblower reporting office known to you!

How will your report be processed?

After submitting the report, you will receive a confirmation of receipt within seven days at the latest, provided that your contact details are known. Based on your report, the whistleblower reporting office will conduct an independent and open-ended investigation, about which you will be informed in accordance with legal requirements.

We will always treat your report with the utmost confidentiality, because the proper handling of reports is not only protected by law, but is also an essential element of our corporate ethics! Furthermore, the Bionorica Group does not tolerate any discrimination against whistleblowers and persons who contribute to possible investigations.

Reporting to external reporting offices

You are also free to contact the external reporting office of the federal government at the Federal Office of Justice. Any information about the external reporting office is shared on the website of the Federal Office of Justice at BfJ – Hinweisgeberstelle (bundesjustizamt.de). The Federal Office of Justice also provides information on procedures for reporting to other Union bodies, institutions or agencies under the same link.

In special cases, the following external reporting offices may also be responsible:
